The Actuary India - Call for Articles

The Actuary India is the monthly magazine of Institute of Actuaries of India. It is a medium of communication about various activities happening in actuarial profession.  The monthly issue contains articles from both members of the Institute as well as non- members. The subject area of the articles is issues related to actuarial field,   developments in the field and other related topics and also includes tips for the students of the institute for exams etc.

All the articles published in the magazine are guided by EDITORIAL POLICY of the Institute.  There is a three-member committee formed by the Institute to select best 2 articles in the order of merit. The objectives include recognition of the efforts put in and encourage members to write in the magazine. The best 2 articles are honored during the GCA indicating calendar year for which the articles are selected.

Members can send the articles or any other material for the magazine at library@actuariesindia.org

GENERAL GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED TO SUBMIT THE ARTICLES
  • The article should be peer-reviewed by another person.
  • The name and email id of the reviewer should be submitted.
  • The name, Email-id and electronic copy of photograph of the author should be sent along with the article.
  • A small write-up about the author.
  • The article should be submitted in Word format only.
  • A disclaimer as per the text below should also be sent by email.
